Darrin and Sandy Jensen - Approved
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Dick Sha and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 35’ from
the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a 24’ by 24’ addition to an existing dwelling 65’ from the
ordinary high water level. It was noted that the proposed addition will provide the applicants with a reasonable use of
their property and the proposed addition will not restrict the view of the adjacent property owners.
