56309, without an appropriate Conditional Use Permit

I had occasion to visit the subject property on 2 Jan 03, and according to the signs posted, it is a “licensed
shooting preserve”.
1 am enclosing a copy of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County that has the applicable
portions highlighted.
