(6:42 p.m.) After consideration and discussion, Thomas Lee made a motion, seconded by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 10’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the purpose of enclosing an existing deck with a screen porch being 90’ from the ordinary high water level.
