Marilyn Harbaugh - Approved the variance as requested. (6:48 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 10’ from the required road right-of-way (easement) setback of 20’ for the construction of an
attached garage 10’ from the road right-of-way (easement) as depicted on the drawings submitted with the variance
application. The Board noted that the applicant’s development proposal is very reasonable and the proposed size of
the development is also reasonable. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
