Motion
Marilyn Harbaugh - Approved the variance as requested. (8:40 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 6' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 6’ by 25’ deck 94’ from the
ordinary high water level. It was noted that the proposed deck will be further back from the ordinary high water level than the
existing deck.
