Babcock - Approved/Denied Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 2’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the placement of a portion of a 24’ by 36’ garage 8’ from the lot line. After addition discussion and consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to deny the variance for the septic tank variance as adequate space is available for the placement of either the mobile home or the septic tank in an area that does not require the granting of a variance.
