(6:55 p.m.) After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 64’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance of 14’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ for the construction of a deck 36’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that the existing concrete slab where the deck will be placed must be removed and replaced with rocks and with the condition that no more that more than 25% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. It should be noted that the proposed deck will be behind the string line and the proposed development is not adding any additional impervious surfaces to this property.
