easement for the! pwner(s) of the island can be maintained on the combined Lots 7 and 8 for
access purposes and when this tract is conveyed the drawing requirements of the June 12th,1995.. Subdivisic)A'’Controls Api‘din4nce must be met^at the timei^ibf, rec^jrdiirtg,' ^and 3. ) the
conveyance of the parcels identified as Lots 1, 2, 9, 10, and'11, bhjthe above referenced
surveyor's drawing'/, as/peprfrate''trycts;jwith the condition that the djr.awihg requirements of
June; 12th, 19^5, Subdivision Conti“ols Ordinance must be met afc/the ti:^ of recording.
It. was noted that Lot 6 had'h^eJ: presented for recording on the l^thj'of /uh^*^"1995, and
that the document was .dated prior ,to the effective date <June 12th, 1995) of the revised
ordinance and that the recording should be permitted since it was very evident that the
transaction was I in process during the transition to the revised ordinance. It was further
noted that manyiof the other lots were in various stages of being conveyed and with the
exception of Lot 7, which must be combined with Lot 8 because of the significant amount, of low wet areas, all of the other lots should be allowed to. be recorded as individual lots.
The timing'of the new ordinance and the impact of the ordinance on the Belcourts was given
significant consideration by the Board in making their decision.
