MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 30.5’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a structure
approximately 69.5’ from the east ordinary high water level. Hardship being the unique shape of the applicant’s
property. It was noted that the applicant’s proposed site is the only available location for construction and that the
placement of the structure in this location will place it in line with the structures to the west and will not affect the site
line to the east. It was also noted that the shoreline recedes into a wetland area to the east restricting development.
