Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
All that part of Government Lot Section 2, Township 131, Range ^1,
Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 2, which is
marked by a Bureau of Land Management brass monument; thence South 0
degrees 22 minutes S3 seconds East on an assumed bearing along the
west line of said Section 2, a distance of 410.00 feet; thence North
78 degrees 11 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of 254.00 feet to
the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence
continuing North 78 degrees 11 minutes 21 seconds East a distance of
149.00 feet; thence South 5 degrees 22 minutes 35 seconds East a
distance of 729 feet more or less to 'the shoreline of Long-Lake;
thence southwesterly along said shoreline to the intersection with a
