A motion by Harker, second by Estes to approve the Application as presented
with the following conditions: 1) Lot 5 to be permanently attached to Lot 1
and Lot 4 to be permanently attached to Lot 2. Lots 4 & 5 are to be
considered non-buildable (for residential use). 2) Existing cabin on Lot 1
will be converted to a storage shed. Existing shed (currently located in
the proposed road will be moved to Lot 5). Mobile Home currently located on
the lotline between Lots 2 & 3 will be moved to Lot 3. The structures must
be moved within one year. 3) Structure on Lot 2 must meet the required
Ordinary High Water Level setback (may not use a stririgline between Lots 1
and 3).

A Preliminary Plat to subdivide "Sugar Creek Acres" consisting of 17
residential lots with 1 block. The property is described as NEl/4 NEl/4 &

Richard Tornquist, Rod & Kay Tornquist and Clem Hendrickson, Anderson Land
Surveying, Inc. represented the Application.
Melvin Smith addressed concerns with the number of driveways proposed for
this development.
A motion by Zimmerman, second by Olson to approve the Application as
requested.
Voting: All members in favor.
Joe Wilabv & Wancv Haven - Withdrawn:
^ Conditional Use Application to request permission to grade the bank by
removing 200-250 square yards of soil to accommodate access to the lake for
boat, lift and dock. The work is to be done by Melvin McGowan. The
property is described as Rainbow Point Estates, Lot 8 Block 1 of Section 7
of Rush Lake Township; Marion Lake (56-243), GO.
Joe Wilaby and Nancy Haven represented the Application.
Anne Finke, Marion Lake Assoc., addressed concerns with the proposed request
as it would cause erosion into the lake.
Howard Albright questioned the size of the cut to be made.
After some discussion, the Applicant requested to withdraw the Application.
