MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested as no adequate hardship had been shown and the applicant must place the structure in a legal location by
October 15,1997. It was noted that adequate area exists on the applicant’s lot for the placement of this 10’ by 16’
shed in a location meeting the setback requirements.
