LeRoy and Rosella Huwe - Approved as a water oriented accessory structure.
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Mark Steuart and unanimously._carried,;to approve the proposed deck
conversion as a 264 square foot water oriented accessory'-strCicture •with'the.following conditiohs: that the proposed
development, must be placed at least 40’from the side lot lines and'that the proposed d'evelopnient^must not exceed
the maximum allowable^height ori'0’.’ It was noted thaV'approvar of the appiicdhfe’ request'as'a building addition
would not have been consistent with past actions of the board as the proposed three season addition would be ahead
of the string line, therefore, the applicants’ proposal is being considered and classified as the property’s water oriented
accessory structure with all requirements, except for the area, of a water oriented accessory structure being met.
