Richard R. Mann - Approved the variance application as requested. (6:48 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Thomas Lee made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to declare Lot 3
Block 1 Nielsen’s Buchanan View as a buildable lot for residential and nonresidential purposes. It should be noted that the
granting of this variance as requested is consistent with past actions of the Board of Adjustment and will provide the applicant with
a reasonable use of his property. It should also be noted that this is an existing developed back lot that was declared substandard
as of a result an ordinance revision.
