The Greuel matter was returned foh consideration and after discussion the motion on the floor failed with Thomas Stringer, John Everts, June Ryan and Craig Anderson voting "no". Motion was then made by Craig Anderson to table until the next meeting. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried with Thomas Stringer and Roger Marty voting "no". Bill True, Clitherall, MN, requested permission to subdivide Reserve Lot A, G.L. 4, Section 33, Girard Township, into two lots, each having 112.5' of frontage and 18,000 square feet, and Reserve Lot C, G.L. 4, Section 33, into two lots, each having 112.5' frontage and approximately 18,000 square feet, without a surveyor's drawing and without platting. After consideration, motion was made by Thomas Stringer, seconded by John Everts and carried, to deny for lack of showing justification or hardship. John Francis, Fargo, NO, requested permission to construct a 12' x 20' building to house generator, on Lots 687, Block 4, Amended Plat of Subdivision of Reserve A-B- C-D of Haggstroms Beach, Maine Township, replacing an old 8' x 8' building, three feet from property line. Motion was made by Roger Marty to deny, no adequate hardship shown. The motion was seconded by June Ryan but failed with John Everts, Thomas Stringer and George Walter voting "no". Motion was then made by John Everts to grant.Ji proval, because of the existing old shed on lot line being removed, three foot separation being satisfactory in view of the fact there are hardships in the total plan and use of said lot, this area on Pickeral Lake has similar situations and no precedence being set with numerous buildings that do not comply with the letter of the law. The motion was seconded by George Walter but failed with Roger Marty, June Ryan, Craig Anderson, Thomas Stringer voting "no". After further discussion, motion was made by Thomas Stringer to deny, no adequate hardhip shown. The motion was seconded by Roger Marty and carried with John Everts voting "no". Marion F. Propst, Richville, MN, requested permission to allow a mobile home to remain as presently located on a piece of property adjacent to Lot 15, Mielke Beach, Rush Lake Township. After considerable discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant a ten foot variance from the lot line common to Lot 15 and property adjacent on the west side of Lot 15 subject to lease, until termination of an existing lease on August 17, 1^90^ardship being a situation unique to this property, and circumstances giTing rise^ the uniqueness of this property.
