Motion was made by Frank Lachowitzer, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 26’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the enclosure of an existing carport 49’ from the
ordinary high water level noting the following: 1.) that the proposed enclosure will be no closer to the ordinary high
, water level than the existing structure, 2.) that the proposed addition is in line with the structure to the east and 3.) the
roof and footprint for the enclosure already exist.
