What I am requesting from your department is to use the garage as my business until I am assured that the business will remain strong after the move. My business is electrical discharge machining. I burn small holes in a lot of medical parts using only electricity and water. I don't use any chemicals for cleaning parts or anything. Also I don't have any customers visit the shop, so you wouldn't have to worry about any additional traffic except for the UPS truck once a day. All my parts I do are shipped to me and from me VIA UPS. I already have 1 person ready to work for me from the area and I can see 2 to 3 more people by the end of next year I will need to hire from the area. It won't be long before I grow out of this structure then I will be financially stronger to build a bigger shop in town. Also my spouse and my partner has 2 artificial legs which makes getting around difficult. By having the shop on the property it would make things a lot easier for her and I to get around.
