Use Application of Paul L. Ebnet. Rush Lake (56-141), GD, Lot 12,
Pioneer Acres, Section 36, Rush Lake Township as presented
provided they leave a 6* to 12* raise by the water.
Voting; All members in favor.
Tabled;A motion by Olson, second by Trltes to table the Conditional Use
Application of Henry Siems A Joe Westerholm. Scalp Lake (56-358),
RD, Lots 5 & 6, Scalp Lake Acres, Section 7, Hobart Township
until September 4, 1991 meeting for further viewing by Planning
Commission members.

Approved;A motion by Olson, second by Prischmann to approve the
Conditional Use Application of Clear Lake Resort/Reuben
Finkelson. Clear Lake (56-559), RD, Gov Lot 4 ex tr and pt to
stake. Section 24, Tumuli Township to allow to create a swimming
area provided; 1. Applicant removes Walk-in Cooler and Bait
House. 2. The bank cut will be no closer than 40' from North
lot line. 3. The maximum cut be 1' above lake level. 4.
Applicant meets DNR requirements for Sand Blanket and removal of
rocks. 5. The bank area must be sodded. 6. Applicant must
have a 50' buffer zone from adjacent lot. Donovan Olson
(property owner) had concerns about the envlornmental impact.
Les Holte, Tumlli Township Chairman, had no objections.

Erickson. South Turtle Lake (56-377), RD, Lots 647 Blk 1,
Oakdale 2nd Addition, Section 3, Tordenskjold Township as
presented provided; 1. The road is sloped toward the bank. 2.
The last 50' of the road is to be covered with material (rock 4
etc.) 4 end of road turned away from the lake,
stabilize the cut. Darel Jacobson (Contractor) spoke concerning
the construction of the road.
