Tabled: A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Lee to approve the conditional use application of Dick Dertinger, Rush Lake, 56-1Al, GD, Lot 1, Block 1, Pioneer Acres to allow taking 2' off the ridge (must leave a 1' berm on the ridge), the trees/stumps must remain on the ridge; the applicant may place some sand approximately 12' - 15' landward of the ridge in a low area if he desires. A motion by Olson, second by Petterson to deny the conditional use application of Wayne Nordick, Deer Lake, 56-298, RD, Pt. of G.L. 1, Section 6, Everts Township as presented; reasons being the environmental impact to the fragile bank and also that this project would set a precedent in this area.
