requested noting that the granting of this variance as requested will provide the applicants with an ability to enjoy the

Merle and Emily Sipprell, Perham, MN, requested a variance for permission to build a ,dwelling on what
is now considered a su bstandard back lot. Th is lot was created in 1975 for residential purposes as evidenced by pre-plat 6/19/74. The lot has 140’ of width and 20,000 square feet of area. Thej proposed
structure will comply with all required structure setbacks. Please note there are other residential structures on back lots in this subdivision. The property is described as Lot 3, Block 1, Squirejs
Addition, Rush Lake in Rush Lake ,Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or
against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Mark Steuart, second by David]
Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve the variance as requested noting that the granting of
this variance as requested will provide the applicants .with an ability to enjoy the same, rights and
privileges as others in the immediate area oHhis development.
With no further business Randall Mann, Chairman, declared the meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.

in the Commissioners’ Room of the Otter Tail County Courthouse, Fergus Falls, MN. (Please use the west Lavy
