Rush Lake Twp, until amended so that Nielson applies for the special use
rather than Malcolm, died for lack of a second.
Passed:A motion by Beck, second by Trites to deny the special use'application
of Mitchell Malcolm, dated July 6, 1982 on Buchanan Lake, No, 56-209, GD,
Sec. 36 of Rush Lake Twp.
Voting; All members in favor except Petterson and Sullivan.
A motion by Petterson, second by Sullivan to approve the special use
application of Charles Brutlag, dated July 8, 1982 on Buchanan Lake,
No. 56-209, GD, Sec. 36 of Rush Lake Twp. and should be sodded to prevent
any runoff problems.
