Otter Tail County Planning Commission October 5, 1983County Court House Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537 Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission was held on October 5, 1983, at 7:30 P.M. in the Government Services Building, 505 South Court Street, Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537. Members present were: Portmann, Trites, Sullivan, Lachowitzer, Ryan, Jacobson, Schwartz, Lee, and Petterson. David Hauser also present. A motion by Sullivan, second by Lee to approve the minutes of the September 7, 1983 meeting as mailed. Passed-: Voting: All members in favor. A motion by Sullivan, Second by Jacobson to table the special use application of Earl Johnson, dated April 22, 1983 on Venstrom Lake, No. 56-719, NE, Sec. 8 of Maplewood Twp. until the November 2, 1983 meeting of the Planning Commission. Passed: Voting: All members in favor. A motion by Lee, second by Sullivan to remove Dorothy Eckert's pre­ application on East Lost lake. No. 56-378 from the agenda: . ' until she reapplies. Passed: Voting: All members in favor. A motion by Sullivan, second by Lee to deny the special use and Preliminary plat plans of South View of Gerald Meland et al, dated July 18, 1983 on Marion lake.
