Thursday, November 20, 1980, with Craig Anderson, Tom Donoho, Calvin Johanson, David Trites and George Walter present. Upon motion made by George Walter, seconded by Calvin Johanson and carried, the minutes of the October 16th meeting were approved. The following applications for variance were considered: Darrel Rath, Fargo, ND, requested permission to build a 24' x 24' garage 20 feet from road right-of-way, on Lot 24, 1st Add'n to Bowery Beach, Dunn Tovmship. After additional information since the October 16th meeting, and considerable discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by David Trites and carried. to approve as requested as the only practical location, provided, however, there would be no backing onto the county road. Elton Nelson, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, requested permission to construct building 75' from high water mark on Lot 4, Block 1, Swenson Beach, 2nd Add'n, Nidaros AFter discussion motion was made by David Trites, seconded by CraigTownship. Anderson and carried, to deny said application. Martin Dorenbush, Ottertail, MN, requested permission to construct a 16' x 26' addition to existing garage, 4 feet from property line on Lot 8, McGowan Estates, Rush Lake Township.After discussion, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded ■ by Calvin Johanson and carried, to deny said application.
