Need some kind of Storm Water Management to correct this problem. A motion by Olson, second by Lachowitzer to approve contingent upon: 1) Variance Application being approved to allow purchase of additional 70' from Ms. Putman to become part of Lot 1 Blk 1. 2) Lot 6 Blk 1 to be attached to Lot 5 Blk 1 as one lot. 3) The Westerly lot lines of Lots 2,3,4 & 5 Blk 1 be moved 20' to the West.
