Kevin Christianson, Inwood Beach Resort, expressed concerns with water
problems due to the road constructed to service this plat. Need some kind
of Stom Water Management to correct this problem.
A motion by Olson, second by Lachowitzer to approve contingent upon:
1) Variance Application being approved to allow purchase of additional 70'
from Ms. Putman to become part of Lot 1 Blk 1. 2) Lot 6 Blk 1 to be
attached to Lot 5 Blk 1 as one lot. 3) The Westerly lot lines of Lots 2,3,4
& 5 Blk 1 be moved 20' to the West.

"Charlies Beach" - Charles Kirchenwitz - Approved With Conditions:
A Conditional Use Permit to construct a new road northeasterly to service
the proposed Preliminary Plat of "Charlies Beach", a plat consisting of 14
residential lots; Tenter Lake (56-348), NE, pt of GL 4 & 5, Section 28 and
Pt of GL 1, Section 29, Sections 28/29, Edna Township. Charlie Kirkenwitz,
Applicant and Dick Cichy, who accompanied the Applicant.
A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Johnson to approve as presented providing
the old road as been vacated.
Voting:All members in favor.
A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Johnson to allow the road construction
be done through the month of October (1995).

A Conditional Use Permit to fill on the lots to accommodate for a mound
