I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail
County. I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variance and/or permits
are required by the township for my proposed project.

Motion was mado by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to table
this variance request until the August 6th meeting. The applicant will determine the location of
the side lot lines and the Ixation of the road right-of-way for the next meeting.
Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 12' from the required 20’ road right of way setback and for a variance
that would allow the building line on the south side of the lot to be maintained for the
construction of a garage to the existing home which cannot exceed a width of 26' and a depth of
24’.
