MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of 90' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150' and a variance of 15' from the required
shore impact zone setback of 75' for the construction of a dwelling approximately 60' from the ordinary high
water level. Hardship being a substandard lot of record. The applicant has adequate back lot area to handle a
septic system.

DEAR SIRS:
THE ENCLOSED APPLICATION IS FOR A VACANT LOT I OWN ON THE
OTTERTAIL RIVER. A SURVEY PLAT IS ATTACHED. HAVING SOLD THE
HOME LOCATED ON LOT 12, I NOW DESIRE TO SELL LOT 11. I HAD
ONE INTERESTED PARTY, BUT THEY BACKED OUT ON THEIR ATTORNY'S
ADVICE, BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT SURE IF THIS LOT COULD BE BUILT
ON. THIS IS THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS APPLICATION.
WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS CAN THIS LOT BE BUILT ON. AND IF
SO WHAT RESTRICTIONS WILL BE PLACED ON THE LOT.
STARTED TO COMPLETE THE SECTIONS OF THE APPLICATION THAT
SEEMED PERTINENT.

SOON AS POSSIBLE, SO THAT I CAN RECEIVE THE NECESSARY
