Motion
Paul Peterson - Approved
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by David Holmgren and carried with Cecil Femling voting no, to approve
a variance of 108’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150’ for the rebuilding of a 22’ by 26’ area 42’
from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the rebuilt area will be no closer than the existing structure to the
ordinary high water level, there will be no excavation as an existing foundation will be used, no precedence will be
established by the granting of this variance and there will be no visual impact to the adjacent properties from the
proposed project.
