A motion by Lachowitzer. second by Petterson to approve the
preliminary plat of Peck Addition, developer. Katherine Peck,
Marion Lake, 56-243, GD. on Parcel Known as Parcel B. G.L. 2,
Section 2, Dead Lake Township as presented. Terry Anderson
(surveyor) represented the applicant.
Approved;
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Stringer, second by Olson to table the conditional
use application of Ann Boyum, Clitherall Lake, 56-238, RD, on Pt.
of Lot 4 of Subdivision of G.L. 1,2,3 &4, Section 14, Clitherall
Township until the December 1988 meeting and prior to that time
(no less than 20 days prior to the December meeting) the
applicant must notify the Land & Resource Management Office of
their request with a detailed plan and in turn the Office will
notify Mr. Riess and Ms. Parson of the received information; if
the applicant does not notify the Office, this application is
then denied. The application was not represented (had requested
to be tabled); Allen Riess expressed concerns regarding the
topography of the area; Mary L. Parson opposed the request.

A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Petterson to approve the
conditional use application of John Albers and Michael Ternus,
Marion Lake, 56-243, GD, on Lots 9 & 10, Block 1 of Art's North
Shore 2nd Addition, Section 5, Rush Lake Township as presented
and to allow the work to be done this fall at a date no later
than November 1, 1988. Lawrence Ternus represented Michael
Ternus.

A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Schwartz to approve the
preliminary plat of Twin Oak Heights - First Addition, Sherman
Mandt, developer. Big Pine Lake, 56-130, GD, on Lot 1, IVin Oak
Heights and Pt. G.L. 1, Section 17 and Pt. G.L. 1 and Pt SE 1/4
NE 1/4, Section 18, Pine Lake Township with the condition that
lots 3 through 8 each contain the following language on the final
plat - must be conveyed as one unit with the comparable lot of
Twin Oak Heights. Roy Smith (surveyor) accompanied the
applicant.
