MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance
of A‘ from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the construction of an approximate 12' by 27' screened
porch to an existing structure 6' from the side lot line. The applicant will be removing a 10' by 18' structure
The new structure cannot exceed 28' in length. It should be noted that the new addition will be further back
from the ordinary high water level than the structure that will be removed and that the addition will be no
closer to the side lot line than the existing structure. The granting of the variance will allow for an
improvement to the applicant's lot.
