Explain your problem here:
Owner wishes to sell and convey to certain owners of a part of Lot 2 of
William Reese's Addition a part of "backlot" for attachment to their
existing properties and wish to also sell and convey to owners of Lot 7
of William Reese's Lakeshore, for attachment to that lot, the easterly 25 ''ir’
feet of Lot 6 of William Reese's Lakeshore, and wishes such conveyances to'
be exempt from platting pursuant to Subdivision Control Ordinance of Otter
Tail County.
These conveyances will eliminate encroachment problems, the proposed
grantees already being in possession of a part of the premises with
parts of a sewage disposal system and building, respectively.
See attached Survey Map for areas proposed to be sold and conveyed.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
