Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve the placement of
a drain field 4’ from the side lot line and at least 10’ from the driving surface of the roadway to comply with the
requirements as stated in the letter received from Rush Lake Township. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.

To those it would concern:
Loren Olstad who owns a home on lot #9 of Oak Grove Beach on the North
side of Rush Lake has requested permission to encroach on a platted
roadway with a residential drairifield.
The Towhsliip of Rush Lake will not object to tbis work provided that the
drainfield is no closer thanlO feet from the driving surface of the roadway.
The landowner must also agree that if ever there is damage to the drairifield
as a result of road maintenance or use they must bear the costs or damages.
