The Township has no objection to this provided that the drainfield extend no closer than 10ft from the driving surface, and creates no barriers or hazards for the public. By placing the drainfield the landowner assumes all responsibility for any future problems including any damage that may occur during road maintenance or reconstruction. May 25*, 2006 To Those Concerned: The existing septic on the Rob and Linda Bjelland residence, which encroaches the road right of way, is in need of replacement.
