After reconsidering, I would like to request that lots 16,17A, and part of Gpvemment Lot 1 be able to be sold as one parcel. 16 and 17A (53-000-99-0295-000) and part of Government Lot 1 (53-000-07-0030-007) are recorded and deeded W/O.T. Lot 11 Block 2, Leaf Lake Properties has approximately 200’ of width. The required width for a buildable back lot on a recreational development lake is 300'. The Board noted that this parcel is quite large. Tim Maneval and Daryl and Karen Hinrichs - Approved as requested. (8:09 p.m.) Tim Maneval and Daryl and Karen Hinrichs, part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and part of Government Lot 1, Section 10 of Candor Township by Ida Lake, requested a variance to have two five acres back lot parcels declared/classified as residential buildable lots. Hardship is the terrain of the property. The Board noted that both lots have public road access, room for two on-site septic systems and that both lots are separated from the lake by a major highway. After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 84’ from the required septic system setback of 150’ for the installation of a sewage system 66’ from the ordinary high water level. The Board noted in their approval that there is no other available site for a system, that the applicants have had three installers review there property and that independently they have concluded that this is the best location and the Land and Resource Department has agreed with the installers’ recommendation.
