After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried,
to approve the variance as requested and as described in the variance application dated May 10, 2004. The Board
noted that the variance approval cleans this area up.

Gary and Michelle Kurtz - Approved the variance as requested with conditions. (6:30 p.m.)
After consideration, Cecil Femling made a motion, seconded by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve z
variance to split the existing property of Kurtz Family Campground into three separate parcels, as described in the
variance application and as depicted on the drawing, which was submitted with the variance application with the
condition that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided and with the condition that Parcel A can only have
one dwelling unit. The variance application describes Parcel C as becoming an extension of the property owned by
the neighbor to the west. For purposes gf clarification, that^^s^^^^^ intenareted to mean that Parcel C will be
permanently attached to the property to the west. If the owners of the"property to the west desire to reconfigure this
parcel and/or their other property than either, a variance application would need to be submitted or the property would
have to be platted.
