The property is described as part of Government Lots 3 and 6, Section 21 of Everts Township on Silver Lake. The audience was polled with Melanie Green, Everts Township Board Member, stating that the Everts Town Board would not consider this a buildable lot. She expressed concerns regarding the road right-of-way and snow removal. After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to deny this variance request due to the substantial change in the area of this parcel from the original application. The surveyor determined that this lot contained 39,300 square feet of which 14,561 square feet lies within the township road right- of-way. Gary R, Anderson -Tabled Gary R. Anderson, Crete, NE, requested a variance to subdivide a parcel of less than 2.5 acres from an existing 4.96 acre parcel. The parcel will have approximately 230' of lake shore and approximately 2.45 acres of area. The property is described as part of Government Lot 6, Section 21 of Tordenskjold Township on Long Lake. The applicant was represented at this hearing by Jack Hubeny, Otter Tail Real Estate Services. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to table this variance request so the applicant can discuss with the township the existing easement road.
