After consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 6' from the required holding tank setback of 1 O' for the construction of a 20' by 26' garage 4' from the holding tank and being at least 10' from the side lot line.
