Nicholas Schmit III - Approved with condition.
Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried to approve a variance of 90 ^
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 150’ and a variance of 15’ from the required shore impact zone
setback of 75’ for the construction of a 20’ by 20’ addition to an existing dwelling 60’ from the ordinary high water level
with the condition that before a site permit for the proposed addition can be issued an existing 20’ by 20’ garage must
be moved out of the shore impact zone. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. The variance as approved will result
in only one structure being within the shore impact zone.
