EXPLAIN YOUR REQUEST
We would like to operate a cabinet/wood working business in the 2-car
garage located on our back lot. The business would be operated year around on
demand. Any work would be done during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00
p.m.) Monday through Saturday. There would be no retail sales, no employees, no
commercial signs on site and no outside storage of product related to the business. We
do not plan on customer traffic however, there is adequate off-road parking in the
private driveway on our property should a customer come to the business. Any noise
produced in the operation of this business would be limited to power tools normally
used for this work. The garage would continue to be used for parking our personal
vehicle when no work is being done in the shop.
I UNDERSTAND THAT APPROVAL OF THIS REQUEST APPLIES ONLY TO THE USE OF THE LAND.
I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT OTHER PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED, IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT LAND & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT REGARDIN^THIS MATTER.

4. No fill shall enter or be taken from the beds of a public water without a valid permit from the State of Minnesota Department of
Natural Resources.
5. It the terms of this permit are violated the entire permit may be revoked and the owner may be subject to legal prosecution.
6. This card shall be placed in a conspicuous place not more than 4 feet above grade on the premises on which work is to be done,
and shall be maintained there until completion of such work.
