Dear Mr. Seeley, I’m writing you concerning the road that the Planning Commission approved on June 17, 1998. The road, generally speaking, meets County specifications. The location of the road (closest to the lake) was constructed in a low depressed area. As a result, there is no drainage for this area. The water tends to pool and has no outlet but to percolate into the ground surface. Also, the area needs to be stabilized before our office can approve this permit.
