At that time it had been noted that Mr. Kramer had not built his road in accordance with the provisions of his Conditional Use Permit. ,My memo also indicated that Mr. Kramer had until June 1, 1994 to bring his road into compliance with the provisions of his Conditional Use Permit. An onsite inspection on June 6, 1994 by Tim Griep (Asst. Administrator) revealed that Mr. Kramer had not brought his road into compliance as required. Since this is the case, please begin the appropriate legal action necessary to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
