(6:32 p.m.) ’"Alfred Alberts, part of Government Lot 4, Section 27 of Rush Lake Township by Round and Rush Lakes, requested a variance to subdivide a 1.22 acre parcel, by metes and bounds description, from an existing 23.85 acre parcel.
