Brian Alberts:
I am returning the Variance Application packet, including your $500 check (#8485) for additional
information. As we discussed on the phone this morning, in order to accurately identify your request
you need to provide the following information:
1. The size of all proposed splits (state the dimensions on the drawing).
2. The Impervious Surface Calculation (see worksheet) for the proposed parcel with the dwelling,
(show and identify on the drawing).
3. The existing roads (identified by name).
4. A copy of your deed that includes the legal description (for recording purposes).
5. A comment, that there will be a survey provided at the time of recording (if there will not be a
survey, a variance is required).
6. A comment confirming that the proposed splits will be “permanently attached” to the existing
parcels (you can state this on the drawing).
7. A request for the parcel with the dwelling to be considered buildable for residential purposes.
This additional information will insure you have requested the necessary variances.
I have included the Waiver of 60-Day Rule Form, as it is required for Variance Applications filed
between October 1®’ and March 1®*.
