After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve variance as requested, to not allow would be creating a very unnecessary hard ship by causing the third party owner to correct a wrong that took place six years ago. MN, requested permission to build a 34* X 24* cottage 50* from channel and 65' from lake, on Lot 1, Block 3, Echo Ranch Riviera, 5th Add'n, Otter Tail Lake in Otter Tail Township. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to build 50' from channel and 65' from lake, staying behind the established building line from the lake, hai^ship being a substandard lot of record, with a man-made channel that is difficult to establish measurements of.
