After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously,carried, to approve ,
the^variance^as requested in the application dated March 18, 2009. It was noted that the parcel currently has residential use and that the’apprbyal of the variance as requested will provide the applicant witfi the opportunity to enjoy the same rights and
privileges'as others in this immediate area. Hardship/practical difficulty is a'substandard lot of record and the existing residential
