Section Twenty-two (22), Township One Hundred Thirty-
five (135), Range Thirty-nine (39), Otter Tail County,
Minnesota, described as follows:
Southeast corner of said Section 22; thence on an assumed
bearing of North on the East line of said Section 22 for
a distance of 1329.0 feet; thence South 89 degrees 37
minutes 20 seconds West 747.66 feet; thence North 56
degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds West 189.07 feet to point
of beginning, thence North 57 degrees 51 minutes West 134
