After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to subdivide a parcel of less than 2.5 acres from an existing 2,6 acre parcel, as presented on the applicant's drawing, with the condition that a registered surveyor's drawing and a letter stating that there are no property line disputes will be provided at the time of recording.
