The following applications for variance were considered:

build a garage 5' from east lot line, on Lot 3, Sundberg's Point,
2nd Add'n, Pickeral Lake, Maine Township. After consideration,
motion was made by John Everts to approve, hardship being a substan-

the road. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried
unanimously.
David R. Andree, Bloomington, MN, requested permission to remove the
top of cabin located closer to the lake than the required footage,
on a ten acre tract in G.L. 5, Section 20, Leaf Mountain Township
on Spitzer Lake. After consideration, motion was made by John
Everts to approve, hardship being the best use of a bad situation,
on the condition the the mobile heme identified as "A" to the west
be removed by October 1st, and the denotion work on the top of the
structure be completed by July 1, 1989. The motion was seconded by
Craig Anderson and carried unanimously.
Ted J. Ludovissie , Ottertail, MN, requested permission to leave a
10' x 20' screen house to remain as located in G.L. 2 of Section
23, Rush Lake Township on Rush Lake. After consideration, motion
was made by Craig Anderson to allow the building to remain as located,
subject to removal upon sale of the property. The motion was seconded

size, out of the Faith Haven Youth Lodge property in Section 10,

son as one entity, allowing the two dwellings to remain as long as the
existing structures stand, allowing no replacement should one structure
be destroyed or demolished, allowing only one dwelling on said lot.
The mot ion wa s seconded by Carl Johnson and carried unanimously.
