Conditional Use Application/Preliroinary Plat of Edwin Eastad.
"Prairie Lake West*. Prairie Lake, 56-915, RD, in Government Lots
1,2 & 3 & in Wl/2 NWl/4, Section IS, Pelican Township as
presented, provided that there is no fill placed in the area(s)
by the lake. Malcolm K. Lee represented the applicant; Reuben
Sjulstad and Chris Kavanaugh (DNR - Fisheries Division) expressed
concerns to the Commission.
Voting; All members in favor.
Approved; A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Lee to approve the Preliminary
Plat, "Rose Acres*. Wayne Reu. Rose Lake, 56-360, RD, Pt. of
Government Lots 3 & 4 & SEl/4 SEl/4, Section 17, Hobart Township,
as presented and also approved the following; 1. Filling on
lots 9 & 10 for a common walkway (on the lotline), only for lake
access. 2. A walkway on the lotline between lots 11 & 12 being
