John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 40’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a 10’ by 20’ portable entry to an existing manufactured home 60’ from the ordinary high water level. The variance as granted will require the applicants to move their existing mobile home approximately 20’. Hardship is the terrajn features of the applicants’ property. Richard D. It should be noted that the adjacenfproperty owner is retaining approximately 107’ of shoreline and 20,000 square feet of area. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. ■
